  • How much does Redbeacon cost?
    It is FREE to create a profile, receive job leads, and submit quotes for jobs you're interested in. Only if you win the job and it gets scheduled will you be charged a commission of 10% of the job's value
  • When does Redbeacon charge me for a job?
    When a customer selects your price quote and schedules the job with you, we'll charge your credit card. Don't worry, if the job is not performed, we'll refund the commission.
  • How does Redbeacon match me to a job?
    We use a proprietary algorithm based on advanced computer learning models to match your skills and specialities to relevant jobs. We also take into account your settings on work location and availability
  • What if I want to provide several different services?
    No problem! You can create multiple skills profiles for the different services you offer. Each profile will act as an independent service provider and be fully customized
  • How long do I have to submit a price quote for jobs I'm offered?
    It depends. Usually you have up to 4 hours from the time you receive the job offer. However, sometimes a customer needs the service performed immediately (these are called Redbeacon requests). In that case, you'll have up to 1 hour to respond
  • Does Redbeacon pay me for the job?
    No. The customer will pay you directly after you complete the service. Redbeacon does not collect money from your customers.
  • How do I differentiate myself from other providers?
    Customers will consider a number of things. They'll look at the price you quoted for the job, your self-made profile, credentials & qualifications, and ratings & reviews on Redbeacon
