My challenge - Our dog suffers from separation anxiety and chewed through our aluminum window shades, so the entire thing was messed up and needed to be replaced.

Redbeacon - Made everything easy. I registered, described the problem with a picture of what I needed fixed, and noted when I needed it done. It all worked great. Communication was very fast, I didn’t even have to pick up the phone to call anyone. Once the quotes came back, I selected a provider and scheduled the job online. Then the providers came to me! The first provider to respond turned out to be the one I picked.

Whatever you need done - When the window repairman I selected came to our house, I knew right away that the guy would do a great job. He took all the exact measurements, went over all the options we had to choose from, and then gave me the exact price. He was very open about the entire process, very professional. The blinds look great and the dog is out of the doghouse!
