Doug, inspected our main panels, analyzed the problem, tested circuits and could not find any problems but described a "next steps" plan to reproduce our problem. Once I am able to do that, I will call him back to solve the problem. Plus he gave us a fair price estimate on installing some additional outlets. I definitely will use Winter Electric again.

Doug with Winter Electric was very professional and did a great job.
I have a very busy work schedule and it's always a challenge for me to get an install appointment set. Once I notified Winter Electric of my opening, Doug was able to be at my home on very short notice (same day install) During the install, one of the three ceiling fans had a bad motor; Doug went back to Home Depot and exchanged for a new fan and then re-installed. Trust me his reviews don't lie. Doug did a great job and was very accomendating of my install needs. I always try to get the best price for quality service so I have peace of mind and you will definitly get that with Doug of Winter Electric. Why pay more going somewhere else.
I had 2 chandelier installs for 18ft ceilings, one of them was through a sprial staircase and required an untraditonal install. I would think that any other electrician would try to up the price for the difficulty of the install but not Doug. He didn't even complain of how hard it might be but rather try to find the best way to do install.
Like I said, for great service, great professionlism, great price and peace of mind I promise your not going to find a better electrican for your needs.

EXCELLENT JOB / VERY PROFESSIONAL
Doug Winter and his helper did an excellent job replacing 2 ceiling fans on high ceilings.
In addition, painters had failed to re-attach a fan ceiling mount cover on a very high ceiling, they re-attached it!
Before leaving we discussed future jobs.
One was to replace a light/fan switch that would not dim. Doug observed me work it. He showed me the feature that would dim the lights. It was only “operator error”! A less scrupulous electrician may have said the switch was faulty and it would have to be replaced..
We will be calling Winter Electric to update landscape lighting,
Winter Electric is in our internet favorites.

Doug Winter was recommended to me for a whole house make-over. Doug had many great ideas, was knowledgable of the codes and permits required to accomplish a total electrical update of a house built in 1947. He began with a new panel installation and completed all new lighting in the house and outside, as well. He installed security features that I did not know existed! Every room had a new ceiling fan, dimmer switches, and remote control features. All fixtures were selected by Doug and beautifully complimented each other. The kitchen included lighted cabinets with glass fronts and under-counter lights. All outlets were placed for ease of use and ergonomic considerations. Doug installed sensors so outdoor lights provided the most security. The garden lightening was beautiful and included the water feature to provide a beautiful compliment to the patio. I highly recommend Doug to my friends for providing a service that exceeded my expectations!
