The appointment went extremely well. Paul showed up as promised and fixed the problem (replacement of the main water pressure valve) quickly and efficiently. I'm extremely satisfied with his work and would hire him any time if I had a plumbing problem that was worth his time travelling between Daly City and San Ramon.

Paul showed up on time (early actually) and was completely flexible to meet our needs. Would certainly hire him again in the future and recommend him to anyone in need of a quality plumber.

Great. Paul was very responsive, very polite. He figured out the problem almost immediately, confirming part of what I had thought was wrong and pointing out something I'd never have figured out myself. He also confirmed my suspicions that there was a problem with the quality of my water and suggested I contact Cal Water, who he said would be really helpful. I really appreciated his extra helpfulness, including suggesting I only drink and brush my teeth with filtered water. The additional price was for parts, and was very reasonable.

The appointment was made promptly and later called to say they'd be here closer to 1pm than 12 ( the appointment was made for 12-1pm. They were here at 12:55 pm. Great - most people give a two- or four -hour window, and you have to hope they can make that window. They had everything necessary and installed the new garbage disposal quickly enough - less that an hour, but I don't recall the actual time. They found another problem, a slow leak, and told me to check the spot - they'd done what they could without getting a whole new piece, and told me to check it from time to time to make sure it was okay. They charged the estimated amount minus my $100 coupon amount straightforwardly - just asked me to print the coupon from my computer - I had already done so. They were very nice, and I was very happy with their work.

This whole process was exceptional..people were prompted..friendly..and professional.. all is good and back like it should be..price is great..will recomend to all my friendsand family
