My experience with VR Enterprises was excellent. He was on time for his scheduled appointment and got right to work. He explained what he was going to be doing and did a great job.
He takes a lot of pride in his work and wants to get it done right. Besides the carpet cleaning, he cleaned a couch and when he could not get a few stains out, he did not charge me for the couch.
Even though he had to do a little extra work on a few stains in the carpet, he only charged me what he quoted and there were no additional charges unlike other carpet cleaners I have worked with in the past.
