Jon The Carpet Muse (a.k.a.Red Rugs - see YELP.com reviews for San Francisco 94117) does both residential and commercial carpet cleaning: carpets, rugs, area rugs, throw rugs. At this time, we do not offer upholstery or other household cleaning.
Since 2003, Jon has successfully (98% satisfaction rate) used the teri towel system: a low moisture process utilizing green, eco-friendly cleaning agents and equipment that very effectively removes dirt, odors, and moisture via a rapid-fire high-pressure blotting action between carpet and teri towel. Tough spots and stains (rust, urine, coffee, etc.) are spot treated as necessary before or after the machine cleaning.
Depending on humidity and ventilation, most areas worked are dry within an hour or up to a maximum of 3 hours...no residual moisture for days that builds up mold and other undesirables! Jon has purposely kept this business lean and green to keep to the max the quality of the work and the relationships. It will be a privilege to be of service to you!
