We first did business with him after a disastrous hail storm in which our previous insurance company chose to attempt to give a shoddy appraisal of the damage to our home. Our home is a custom built home in which our roof is double shingled and the insurance company stood to literally ruin our home by sending a 'rookie,' appraiser who didn't even catch the damage on the back of our home, i.e. window screens.
