I wasn't told about the 1 hour time window in advance, but they arrived just in time for me. The team spent over 4 hours cleaning my apartment, and did a very good job! Highly recommended for someone looking to get a thorough cleaning

My appointment was for 9am. A group of 4 showed up at 11 am. That was not a major problem for me. My apartment needed deep, deep, cleaning. This group of four came in like "gang busters". Very professional, and very task oriented. Worked non-stop, each of them, for 8 hours straight. Walls and cabinets were degreased and cleaned, 4 rooms worth of floors scrubbed, windows and mirrors cleaned. Heavy clutter (clothing, papers, books, etc.) was organized. Garbage was taken out and placed downstairs in my building's receptacle area. Overall it was a good experience with this cleaning service and worth the money.

Service was excellent. The two workers were as sweet as can be. Very cooperative, and they cleaned meticulously. They were here for well more than the four hours because they wanted to make sure to take care of everything.
Will happily use the service again.
