They submitted a bid to me-but I chose someone else- simply based on price. (see my review of Coleman Landscaping). When that company didn't do the job- I went back to Stratco. They came back out and re-bid the job. And had a crew at the the house and completed it. They did a good job- there were a few things they left- as they said the dump fee was much greater than they had planned for. Which I accepted, but honestly - they should have estimated better-and charged appropriately, I would have rather paid the extra to have them finish the whole job than just leave that bit. But all in all they did a lot for the price and did a good job clearing everything. I would recommended them.

I scheduled my appointment through the RedBeacon website and received several emails confirming the date and time. On the day of the appointment, I waited 30 mins before I called the company directly to see what happened. I received a call back saying that they would call me back in 5 mins. It has been an additional hour. I guess they do not need my business.

Alhassane Bakhoum and son cleared the front and back yards of weeds cut down two dead or dying dogwoods and accumulated the resulting material to be picked up by the DeKalb county. The work performed was excellent.

I choose stratco to extend a retaining wall on the side of my house and when doing a onsite consultation with Shea, she offered to remove a tree on the corner of the house in the same area for no extra charge. I found this to be a value and it did influence my decision to choose stratco over the other pro's. When they came out they did a good job with the retaining wall extension and removed the tree after some reminding to do so. The only part about the job I did not like is they did not review the work with me after they finished and just up and left without any notice. Stratco's response time is acceptable, but don't expect a same day response necessarily (although I communicate via email primarily). They process credit card payments via paypal so to save yourself some trouble just have them email you an invoice through paypal if you are going to use this form of payment. I assume stratco subcontracts other companies to do the work as the actual truck that came out said "Green Acres Landscaping" on the side. I found the work to be acceptable and an ok experience overall.
