Serenity Cleaning Service has been in operation since 2007. Our goal is to provide quality but affordable house cleaning services to the Washington, DC metro area.
We offer general cleaning packages and custom packages at no additional cost!
Our customers love working with us for a number of different reasons: 1. Unlike our competition, we don't charge extra for our custom cleaning packages. 2. Unlike our competition, there is no minimum service time requirement as we feel this is unnecessary. 3. Unlike our competition, we are actually affordable! 4. Serenity Cleaning Service and our staff our not only courteous, but we are also honest and reliable. 5. All of our maids speak English fluently and some of our maids also speak Spanish fluently. 6. We are good at what we do! We leave our customers feeling satisfied. 7. Unlike our competition, we don't use contracts. Our weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning agreements can be cancelled at any time without penalty.
Serenity Cleaning Service did an outstanding job. The crew arrived on time.... early in fact and got right to work. They hit all the areas I detailed in my correspondence and worked without pause for the entire two hours we agreed upon. Actually, they worked 30 minutes over to get the job done just right. Though the owner said they'd honor the pre-agreed upon rate I happily paid them for the entire time they worked. I'd give Serenity an A+++ rating and would happily recommend them to anyone needing a professional, first-rate cleaning service. I actually hired them to clean my parents' new home. My mom described the service as "Fantastic!!!"

We now receive bi-weekly cleanings, and we love that they send out the same two Cleaning Specialist every two weeks (Maria and Neeta). The services that they perform for us are vacuuming, dusting, changing linens, washing small loads of clothes, washing dishes, cleaning the kitchen, cleaning the refrigerator, cleaning all bathrooms, mopping our hardwood floor, and polishing our hardwood floor (once every other month).
