Carlos called promptly, showed up when we arranged and powerwashed stairs and deck and painted two decks. He and a helper completed the work ahead of time. Quite simply, he he honest, easy to work with, delivers, negotiates fees ahead of time and does go back on his word. The work the both of them did lived up to my expectations and more.
