I called to schedule an appointment, and spoke to the technician who sounded very confident that he could fix my refrigerator. Said he would call back later to schedule the date, but he never did. So I called again the next day and he said he just needed to check on a part number and call me back. He never did. So I am giving them 1 star based on failure to follow through. If they eventually come and fix the fridge, I will revise my rating.

Excellent appliance repair
Thank you Rudy for making the right diagnosis on our washing machine. The squealing is gone and the clothes are drier after spinning. I also appreciate the fast service.
