Apparently the job was too much for him, or he got a better job or he just didn't want to do it - but I never received a phone call or price quote after he came out and spent lots of time with me, and he said he would send me a quote in the computer. I called him but no answer so I left a message but never received a reply.

Ron did a great job painting the two walls that I had wanted done. Got the paint for me, moved all the furniture out of the way and then back in place when it was done, taped everything--I basically didn't have to lift a finger. Very happy with how it looks and with the price we paid. Would definitely recommend him to others.

Ron is great. Friendly, punctual and professional.
I was working from home when they were painting and wasn't bothered by any noise.
The final job is great. They protected everything, moved furniture and removed blinds etc... Ron even fixed holes and chips in the walls and corners. After the job is done, they make sure everything is clean, vacuumed and put back in place. He also reduced a bit the final price because I guess he finished earlier than expected or made me buy a bit too much paint.
Can't be more happy with the all experience. I would not hesitate to contact him again for other upcoming jobs. Thanks Ron (and John).

The reason i paid more than he quoted was simply because i forgot to add some work that needed to be done as part of this job to the original description. He did the additional work and thus i paid him more for it. Ron was also a fantastic communicator, on-time and professional.
