Roberto was honest, worked hard and communicated well with us, delivering an overall great experience. A previous job went over 2 days and he started later than anticipated, but told us in advance he couldn't start for a few days after we expected. He showed up and began working as promised, compensated for some on the job issues as if it were his home and navigated through our oversight of not having enough materials on sight, taking his own time to drive to Home Depot to supplement the materials he needed to complete the job. We reimbursed him for the parts and materials he purchased and we are very happy with the quality of his work. We will definitely use him for future projects.

He bought materials to get the job done and gave me the reciept so I could reimburse him. The floor looks great. The only complaint is that he did not clean up area after job done. He was quick and professional.

We had a great experience with Roberto. He drove about 75 miles to do measurement and give a free quote. Not very expensive and I tool the offer. He initially estimated 3 days but completed within 2. We had our flooring completed in less than 7 days of contacting RedBeacon. Roberto did a fine Job of Installing the Hardwood Floor. It looks very good. The process and installation with RJM went very well. I provided the material for 1000 sq. ft. of engineered hardwood and they installed. I submitted my job to Red Beacon in the evening and RJM was able to be there next day to look at the job. The house was in a very raw state from a remodel and I was concerned about the subfloor and the product I was purchasing. Roberto gladly came by a 2nd time to give it all one final look and to assure me the product & install would work out well. My main concern was getting the job done fast, they said 4 days and finished in 3. I was expecting that it might take 5. As for the cost, the price to install was less than what was initially quoted via email from Red Beacon which was a nice surprise. They took partial payment at 50% completion and the final payment when the job was finished. Something I found to be very convenient was that for most quick questions or communications they would text them. The only reason I didn't do 5 stars was the clean up wasn't as complete as I would have hoped. I had put pressure to finish fast (which they did) but a good clean up would have been above and beyond. I had a very substantial project I was managing at my home and I chose other contractors for other work for various reasons, word of mouth, review websites and such. This was the first time I used Red Beacon. Of all the contractors that worked on the job RJM was the only one to finish early. And like I stated before, getting it done fast was my #1 concern since I had my pregnant wife in her 3rd trimester with our first child living at her mother's house during the 3 month project.
