We've always believed in taking care of customers the way we want to be served. We know the importance of having you as a client for the long term; in fact, our business was built on referrals from our customers. Business Hours And Location
Our main office is located in Dulles, Virginia; however, we service most of the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Our office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. We do offer Saturday cleaning appointments and 7 days a week for emergencies.

Henry, Wendy and Marisa came today and cleaned this house top to bottom, and when I mean top to bottom, I mean filthy from bird poop, dust, scum, you name it. Very personable and real people, just like their name says. I feel comfortable and very privileged to have them cleaning my home. Very professional, they never scoffed at my lack of cleaning ability, and made everything right. We are very excited to have a long term relationship with this company.

RealTouch cleaners did a thorough one-time cleaning of a large 2 br condo, which had been neglected and now will be sold. The maid service was hard-working and serious. They moved furniture and rugs, to clean behind and under everything. I was impressed that they even took down ceiling light fixtures to wash them. The kitchen was particularly dirty, in and out, and it now shines, along with the bathrooms.
Of course, it's good to do a walk through and discuss what needs doing -- which were pleased we could do in detail. The cleaning took about 12 man-hours.
The service responded quickly and came early.

I wanted to take a few minutes to write a review of Real Touch. They
have been to my house twice now and they have done an absolutely
wonderful job. I couldn't be happier with the the thoroughness of the
job, the friendliness of the team and how very quick they are to do
whatever it takes to make the customer (me) satisfied. When Henry
first came to the house to introduce himself and talk to me about what
I needed and expected from a cleaning service, he immediately started
offering options to some of the tougher items that i had some concerns
over (my wooden floor needed some help).
I was skeptical at first due to a bad experience with a different
cleaning service but after only 2 times out here I'm truly happy about
my decision. 5 stars for Henry and team."

Henry and Wendy from Realtouch arrived on time with their own equipment and supplies. They reviewed with me what rooms needed their attention and suggested how problem areas should be treated and cleaned. This company did the most spectacular cleaning that my home has ever had!!
Everything was sparking by the time they were through and I was amazed by their attention to detail!!! This company aims to please and and definitely passes the white glove test. I have never been inspired to write a review but this company is so fantastic that they deserve major applause!!

Keep up the good work as your integrity and diligence in this field is indeed rare!! Henry is a great supervisor and worker. Another person helped and was also great but I regret that I do not remember her name.

We had an excellent experience with Real Touch. They did a walk through before giving us an exact quote, and this is exactly what we paid - no surprises. They also offered additional savings if we decided to have them come twice a month rather than once. Due to an unexpected opening and they were able to come earlier than scheduled, which was great. They came early and were very professional. They were also very sweet with our young children, and flexible enough to adjust their process to accommodate their nap.
Our house is sparkling! Three people came, including the owner, and all worked VERY hard for over 5 hours. No corner was left untouched - no surface overlooked. I feel we got great value for what we paid, and we look forward to a long and continued relationship with this company.

Realtouch performed my cleaning service on Jan.22nd to make the schedule convenient for me. They were prompt and most efficient. The staff made me feel so at ease. They were courteous and respectful.
The owner was even helpful with household improvement tips. They cleaned my windows, floors,closets, and all furniture and appliances.
I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors and will definitely use them again on a regular basis! EXCELLENT JOB!!!!!!!

We have had many good cleaning companies over the years, but Real Touch outperformed them all. Our house looks beautiful. I have an expensive rug and furniture in the dining room and they knew just what to do to make it shine. Mr. Henri even gave me a few suggestions on how to maintain the rug and furniture.
The cleaning was very thorough. The shower has never been so clean. Every piece of furniture was moved and every nook and cranny in the house was cleaned. They even cleaned our screened in porch!
I highly recommend Real Touch. They take such pride in their work. We are very satisfied customers.
