I've been well aquatinted with Jim Rogers' work for a few years now, both things he's done for me, and work he's done for other people. His work ethic is very strong, meaning that you can rely on his quotes being fair, the work being done quickly and cleanly, and any problems being resolved to your satisfaction. I have personally recommended him on several occasions, and would not hesitate to do so again.
