I mdon't be;ieve they were professinals, but they tried to do everything like a professinal. We are very pleased with them, in fact we have more jobs for them.

Nice and reliable man. Could not do the job because he did not have a long enough ladder to reach the third floor of my condo building. An extremely long ladder is needed.

They did a good job.

I found their work to be of very well done and in a timely and efficient manner. I was most impressed with their attention to detail, competence and task orientation, as well as, their thoroughly cleaning the areas in which they worked at the completion of the jobs. Their prices are fair and they are very polite, courteous and personable. I felt very comfortable having them work in and around my home. They were forthcoming with some good suggestions of improvements I could make, but didn't pressure me at all. I would highly recommend Payne's Rehab and Repair.

The installer is a very nice guy and really shows he cares about what he does. I'm disappointed with a few things. Two doors were hung by one person is ok, but I had to assist a few times with the install. The installer from the beginning measured over and over again prior to the install. After the doors arrived he measured and measured again over and over. Once one of the doors was up he found that the measurments may have been wrong so he had to modify the install. While installing the doors the installer noticed that he didn't have some tools needed for the job. Some tools were missing from his tool box. Several times he had to leave the job to go to the store to get additional items. Not only did the install had to be modified, my doors were damaged with additional holes that was drilled in the doors. I had a company come in and give me an estimate on the roof on my shed and the guy right away asked who put up my new doors. His reply was it look like someone just threw them up. It didn't look like a good job. Again, I have nothing but great things to say about the installer, but I am alittle upset with the install and that I had to assist with my own project. Yes the doors work and they are installed, but if you look at them closely you can tell they could have been installed better. I doudt if I will use this site again. I have other work that need to be done and will probably look elsewhere.

Very conscientious. When he wasn't able to complete the work by evening he came back on Sunday, right after church, to complete the job. I gave him a larger follow up job because I was very pleased. Prices extremely competitive. Low prices and good work, can't beat that combination.

Mr. Payne was on time for the appointment. There was a problem the shower door hardware, the bottom set screw which supported the door was stripped. He made several trips to the hardware store to get a larger set screw, then he tried to install a spacer on the bottom to raise the door to its propr height, neither of which worked. The set screw was unique to the door & the larger screw would not allow the door to close. Mr. Payne was persistant & tried everything he knew, but wasn't able to repair the door. I don't blame him for not repairing the door, I would place the blame on the doors folks for a making a cheap door. I've decided to replace the entire shower enclosure. He spent over 3 hours trying & did not want any payment, which I insisted he take. I would consider him for future repairs or projects.
