Orlando was on-time, courteous and more than helpful. He went the extra mile and disassembled the bed that was being replaced. He even stored it downstairs in the garage and picked-up and reassembled the new bed. Although not requested, he moved some furniture to make the room look perfect. I highly recommend Orlando and will indeed call him should I need a great handyman.

Very impressed with Orlando. He was on time and knowledgable. We encountered some difficulties that there was no way either of us could have foreseen. Orlando offered good alternatives, and calmly worked though the issues. The work took much longer than would have been typical, so I was happy paying him a bit more than he had originally quoted. I would certainly recommend Orlando as I will be using him again.

Offered free advice on some other matters I asked him about. You've got a great handyman in Orlando! I give him the highest rating. He's great. I needed someone to do the electrical part of the installation and he did it with no hesitation. He definitely knew what he was doing. But instead of using the oven brackets to mount the oven, he used 2' x 4's. I may end up remounting myself. It could be me being too picky. But otherwise, I highly recommended him.

He was on time and amicable. I hired him to repair some water damage in the ceiling. He warned me beforehand that the texturing would not exactly match the previous area, but I was okay with that. The ceiling repair was done well. My complaints would be that he made an extra, unnecessary cut in the ceiling outside of the affected area. He patched that up too, but it's still noticeable. Also, I requested an invoice/receipt many times, but still have not gotten one.

It was great! Orlando picked up my bike at my office, took it to the bike shop, got it fixed, and brought it back later the same day. I'd expected that I'd have to wait a day or two to get the bike back, so I'm very satisfied.
I gave Orlando $200 upfront to cover the cost of the repairs, and he noted this carefully in a text message. He brought me back a receipt from the bike shop and the change.

Orlando arrived on time, with his supplies and tools. He caulked the tub beautifully. I also had him caulk a shower that was much older. The caulking on that shower wasn't as perfect, and he was aware of that, he said it was because the tiles weren't as uniform. I am happy with the job he did.
Orlando also tried to fix a problem with my flaking paint on the wall, but even though his intentions were good, I wished he would have asked me first, as it made the problem worse. He also failed to bring it to my attention before he left. Orlando had wanted to make it better, but in the future he should ask the customer if they want something done, and always always point out any things that didn't go well on the job before leaving.
He did do a beautiful job with the caulking of the tub, and I am happy with that portion of his work.

Orlando was super. Our request was to fix a jammed garbage disposal unit. He emailed us the day before and offered to pick up a replacement unit in case it was needed and sent us the info so we could pick out a model. I am sure it was extra work for him to return the new garbage disposal, since he was able to fix our old unit and we did not need it. He was also flexible with the timing when we had to change at the last minute. Overall, very satisfied and would definitely use him again.

He was proffesional and even though he was not able to fully solve the problem (he did improve it significantly) he refused to get paid. He is now on my list to call when we have any other problem.

Awesome! I am not sure where to start I have so many compliments. First off, everything was put together very well, and positioned exactly as it needed to be in the room. He was professional, courteous and very kind. He even helped me with one last task for free because, in his words, "it will only take me one minute." And it did. I had three little kids in the house at the time, and he was also friendly to them and gave me a great idea to keep them entertained while I unpacked our belongings in the new house (a box fort in the backyard). Because I had family coming in on a plane, it was possible I'd have a last minute time change if the plane was late - he was flexible and allowed me to shift the time to a little later. He even called to tell me exactly when he'd arrive.
I will *definitely* use Orlando Handyman again and recommend him to anyone!

Orlando is probably the best plumber I've ever dealt with. He jumped right in and got the job done. My toilet needed an additional part, so he ran to the store and when he came back he installed it in no time. There was still an issue with the part, so he came out the next day and fixed it free of charge. Great service!

Orlando did a great job. He really knows his stuff. He fixed our garbage disposal instead of replacing it as Roto-rooter suggested while quoting three times the amount. Orland fixed it and saved us quite a bit of money. His rates are extremely reasonable. I would recommend him very highly.

I would recommend Orlando anyone. He showed up in time for my "simple" GFI problem. He was obviously thinking it was going to be a quick one when he quoted the job. We ended up tracing the cables from the basement and back into the house for about 2 1/2 hours. Finally we found out that there was two GFI on the same circuit, one of them being hidden in the back of a small closet... Even though he took so long, Orland did not change his quote.
Orlando is a great guy and very professional as well. I will definitely use his services again!

Great work from Orlando on this project. He communicated well before the job and arrived on time. The quality of the work was very good, especially given the complexity of the job. Despite the job taking longer than either of us anticipated, he worked late into the night to finish the work on time and at the quote he promised. A highly recommended service provider-- we would definitely use Orlando again!

Orlando was very friendly and professional. We're satisfied with the final result as far as fixing a squeaky table and the wood piece he found was nice. However there were some craftsmanship details were a little sloppy and should have been checked (splits in wood where hole was drilled and the screws used were very soft and 1 bent which he promises to return with a replacement). We'll probably use him again for certain jobs. He's very handy but not a craftsperson or woodworker so consider appropriateness for jobs you want done.

Orlando was great. He arrived punctually. Upon arrival, I provided greater detail about the job (repairing a leaky toilet). He tried a couple of solutions until one worked. He was very knowledgeable, extremely courteous and very professional. I would unhesitatingly recommend him, and I will likely end up using his services again.

Orlando came on time, and did exactly what he promised to do. And he even said he won't charge me if his fix doesn't work. While he was at it he also helped out with the speakers that an electrician wanted to charge $100 to fix, and showed be how to reattach the panel to the window blinds. I will definitely be calling him again.

Words can not express how happy I am with the work. According to every general contractor and handyman I spoke to, this was an impossible job - unless I was willing to open up my wall: "there is no way you can install and hang pocket doors where there are no pre-existing tracks in the void above the doors, unless we open up the wall". Orlando came to my rescue with an ingenious design of his own. It worked like MAGIC.
He is a delight to work with, incredibly attentive, fun, helpful and incredibly handy!!! He's won a happy customer out of me for years to come. I can not recommend him more highly. If you have an impossible job, definitely try Orlando. If he can imagine how it might be done and after researching the problem comes back with a solution, you're going to be a very satisfied customer. He will deliver.
