Kyle, the owner is very polite and friendly. He is who I talked to the most about the issue and scheduling the appointment. I did have to wait longer than original appointment time, which is the only reason they did not get all 5 stars. The worker was late, because he was finishing up another job in the Woodlands. Kyle was very diligent about wanting to know the exact problem to make sure to buy the correct materials and make the appropriate repairs to our door frame. All in all the work done was supberb, and he even fixed another door jam that we had been having trouble with. One Call Home Handyman was very professional, helpful, friendly and did a great job, I would reccommend them to anyone needing home repairs.
