This started off on the wrong note and never really recovered: there was some confusion up front about the services - I had expected full service moving and they were thinking just to provide labor. This meant neither of us had gotten a truck in advance so that added in to the expense. I had no intention of driving a truck through the city (one of the major reasons I use movers) but they needed me to get the truck to put down the deposit. I couldn't add their driver to the insurance for the truck, though, because he didn't have a driver's license with him. With this delay getting started and maybe some optimism on the initial estimate the whole process took about twice as long as expected (Over 7 hours instead of 3) but everything made it (one extremely large couch proved difficult for them and ended up getting a little damaged/damaging the walls in the apartment building) and they charged what we had agreed upon in advance so I was satisfied. This price matched what I had paid in other moves for the same furniture *with* a truck, though, so I would not recommend them since the quality of service was also less than I had experienced from others.
