Reid Hutchinson and his company performed an Energy Audit followed by energy efficiency improvements at my home in 2011. Bill Speer, a BPI certified Energy Auditor for NRG SVRS, completed an Energy Audit on my entire home - from attic to crawl space. He demonstrated a thorogh knowledge of my home and the construction details related to my home. He prepared a detailed report for me and explained to me the various components of the report; he communicated the information to me so it was easy to understand. The energy audit and report were performed and completed when they were supposed to be, and I was impressed with the professionalism of Reid and the NRG SVRS teams.
Based on projections in the energy audit, Bill made a number of cost effective energy improvement recommendations for me to consider. NRG SVRS presented to me available energy efficiency rebates, which ultimately lowered the amount of upfront costs to me. Based on Bill's recommendations, I decided to install high efficiency ductless heating and cooling units. My energy bills have been minimal since NRG SVRS finished the Energy Audit and improvements for me. I'm thankful for NRG SVRS as they have helped me lower my monthly payments to the electric company!

The project at my home included air sealing, attic insulation and ductless heating and cooling units. Reid Hutchinson has been very professional in each one of our dealings. He arrived promptly to each of our appointments, is very communicative, and was very detail oriented during his inspection of my home. He prepared an "Energy Savings Estimate" for me, which is a FREE energy audit. He also assisted in the preparation of rebate paperwork. The energy assessment included pictures, product descriptions and pricing information for each of the products he recommended. Reid has been very thorough in his Estimate and provided an innovative approach to heating and cooling. Reid is honest, and will tell you how it is.
