Furnace too old , and I was aware of it , however technician was able to get it going at no charge , I will very highly recommend this service , not in a position to replace the furnace . and will give you and them the first chance when replacing it .

Scott actually took care of two jobs for us. One was a forced air furnace repair ($200) and the other was an installation of a new wall heater. The forced air furnace had blown a transformer due to an electrical problem and he coordinated very well with the electrician to get everything fixed. Really nice guy,very professional and accommodating for my needs, and reasonably priced. He's my guy for our rentals in Oakland now.

Scott is very professional and extremely helpful, in addition to being plain nice and patient (he listened to me complain about things that had nothing to do with AC, without interruption). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He is very reliable. He arrived within the time period specified, and kept me updated on the specific time that he was going to arrive. My house was so hot before Scott fixed my AC, that I actually found a spider, lying on its back, legs up in the air, keeled over from heatstroke! Seriously! Not that I want my house to be a comfortable habitat for spiders, but it is now a comfortable habitat for me. A few hours after fixing my AC and leaving, Scott called to make sure that the AC was still working! How amazing is that? But even more amazing, the final cost was so reasonable that I thought I'd misheard him and asked him to repeat it. So, on a scale of 1 to 5 (stars), I give Norcal Cooling an 11 (stars)!

Fantastic service! Our A/C wasn't cooling on a 100 degree day, these guys came out and whipped this air conditioner back into shape, found a couple unexpected issues and now we have cool like we haven't had before. Although the final price was a little more than I'd hoped to pay, the reality is that Scott and his partner worked in unbelievable heat for nearly 3 hours, they repaired the problem, cleaned up afterwards and now we're chipping ice cycles off the dogs. Great Job!
