Do not use these people! After 2 hours of "deep cleaning" my house was still dirty--dirt in the bathroom, on the radiators, in the corners of the rooms, etc. When I refused to pay the cleaning lady the additional $45 for 4th room that she did not clean, she refused to leave. I had to call the police. Very bad experience.

The absolute WORST cleaning company ever. Not professional, RUDE people. I scheduled a day for my 3 rooms to be cleaned. They cancel the same day I was scheduled using some lame excuse. Finally I get to reschedule and made plans to stay at home from work for the time being. Two men showed up to clean my kitchen, great room and office space. They were "done" in 30 minutes and by the time I realized they were gone. I go to the kitchen and the stow is dirty, the dirty dishes in the sink, outside of the appliances still greasy, blinds full of dust, and more...What about those 48 steps cleaning they claim in their advertising? I called the company back within 5 minutes to question about the cleaning. They said they would try contacting the cleaners and call me back. I didn't hear anything so I called them again. Same answer. The third time I tried calling around 5pm last night they hung up the phone ?!!????!? Really? I want my money back. and I will definitely follow through. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!

We Had An Appointment For 11 Am To Clean As We Had An Open House Coming Up The Next Day....We Get A Call Saying They Are Running Late Will Be There At 1PM , Nobody Shows , We Call And Are Told Persons Car Broke Down And They Where Sending Someone Else , Nobody Shows , Call Back 3 Time And Get The Run Around.....Finally At 5PM They Say Someone Is Coming To Do The Job....Nobody Ever Shows....HORRIBLE !!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!

They did a bad job of cleaning. Picked up a few things, didn't touch the floors, didn't dust, didn't touch the bathrooms. I filed a complaint with the company, and they said they would return and do it again. 4 times they set a date and said they would be there to clean it again, and 4 times they did not show up. The 4th time, they actually tried to convince me that they had cleaned the apartment again, though this was clearly untrue. At this point I cancelled the service, but they refused to take no for an answer and kept trying to "resolve the issue". At this point I demanded the return of my apartment key and told them not to return.
