Typically, about 30% DRY-ROT WORK dealing with decks,stairs,siding,windows,and structural members. 30% WATER DAMAGE sheet rock,texture and painting, 20% ROOFING new ,replacement and repairs of flat (torch-on) and pitched(shingles) roofs,skylights etc .20% HEATING/SHEET METAL furnaces!! gutters new/cleaned and every once in a while a funky project or two!

Well I do tend to work with the SAME clients on DIFFERENT projects so I like to think that its because I'm good at the things I do. I know what most others charge and do stay a little below that so it might be my HONEST rates. I do take pride in MOST of my work...can't get too proud over toilet change-outs! I do show up READY to work, ALL the tools and equip, ON my truck and my POSITIVE outlook. I try to show ALL the options and being born and raised in SF, I know WHERE to get WHAT for LESS! Plus I rarely see anyone out-work me!
