Poorly. Quote says service price but not material and no charge for travel. Supplier shows up and is confused. Says quote is for showing up. Proceeds to give me a quote of $199 to put in switch. Subsequently had an electrician installed switch ( in about 10 minutes) plus fix outside light for $ 45. This may be a good deal but a fair one. Mr. Electrics price and performance was ridiculous by any standards.

Technician came out expecting to work on a door bell (his words) despite my specific instructions that my problem related to an older model nutone intercom/door chime system. He said he didn't know anything about this system and couldn't help me but I was charged with a service fee. As of this email, the company doesn't want to reverse the charges.

I requested an estimate from Mr. Electric and they came out. However, the estimator told me that he had to look at some different prices to give me an accurate quote and would send me my quote the next day via email. I thanked him, said ok, and gave him the 29.95 estimate fee not thinking I would be shafted. To make a long story short, I've yet to receive my estimate. I've called several times and have been told the manager would call you back but this has yet to happen. I finally asked for my money back since I paid for an estimate I never received and this has yet to happen. I'm glad I found out early that this is how they do business.

Got a call from the dispatcher informing me that the technician was on the way. Technician showed up on time and was very competent and thorough. He explained our issue and options and provided the pricing options that he had available. Good experience, satisfied and would use the Mr Electric and the technician again.

It is a very professional job and was $297 for the job, however then the person asked if Comcast was quick to hook up the cable, my husband replied no and the Mr. Electric employee said he would hook it up. We took this to be a nice gesture and then saw on the bill we were charged $75 for a 3 way cable split. Comcast would have charged $25. We thought it was pretty dishonest thing to do, however didn't catch it until after we has signed the bill.
There is a chance we still would have had him do it because the job was very professional, clean, neat etc... but we wished there would have been disclosure of the hook up price.

Mr Electric arrived on time and was very courteous. They called to let me know the were on the way. They quickly installed my ceiling fan and synced it with my remote. Very professional and reasonably price. Would absolutely recommend!

INCOMPETENT AND EXPENSIVE I figured it would cost some money to fix what we needed fixed, and my knowledge of electric is minimal, at best. I described a problem with the circuit breaker tied to my A/C unit tripping when there was high usage. The technician came out, assesed the situation and told me he had to replace the circuit breakers, as they didn't match the main breaker. Long story short, and $420 later, i had a two new breakers and a new power surge protector. Fine, no problem, i know things cost money to fix, no big deal. However, nothing got fixed. We asked them to come back out and fix the problem they should have originally fixed for $420. Guy comes out, says he's done all he can do and says it has to be the A/C unit itself, probably have to replace the unit. Acts like nothing is wrong. Have since had it fixed by a true professional for $200. Will never call or use this incompetent company again, nor should you

Great Experience!!! I have used dozens of service companies over the years, but can't remember one as good as these guys! I called to schedule new lights to be hung and the customer service people where very polite and accommodated my busy schedule. Came when they said they would, which never happens for me. The new lights where put up, nothing got scratched, ding or marred. At no extra charge cleaned other fixtures while they had their big ladder in the room. A very positive experience
