M&P Construction has been in the home remodeling and property management business since 2004. Our team of professionals has more than 50 years of combined experience in home building and renovation. Since 2004 I have supervised the construction of 17 new homes and the complete renovation of more than 20 homes. I specialize in structural repair and energy efficiency, but we pride ourselves on being a full-service construction and management company.

We work on projects ranging from 130,000 square foot commericial project to installing a single replacement window. Our usual projects are in the $5,000 to $10,000 range. We do a lot of bathroom renovations, basement and foundation repairs and framing additions and roof expansions. We are one of the few firms that will tackle renovating homes to the EPA Energy Star standard.
