I have experience in virtually all aspects of home repair, plumbing, electrical, carpentry.
I have 7 years experience working in remodeling and home repair, in San Francisco and have seen almost everything there is to see in the old buildings we have here. I have done everything from hanging pictures to cabinet replacement, hardwood floors, and drywall work.
Many contractors are not interested in smaller jobs. I, for one, love them. The perfect job for me lasts between 4 hours and 4 days, and I manage my schedule so that I can usually take on jobs on short notice. Emergency service is also available. Examples of jobs I do:
Home Theater installation
Drywall Repair
Electrical outlet/switch repair
Lighting installation
Gutter cleaning and repair
Hardwood/engineered/laminate installation
Fence repair and replacement
Irrigation system installation
Cabinet replacement
And much more...
People like working with me because:
First and foremost, I follow through on my promises. I am always on time, and in budget.
I am a good communicator.
I work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a focus on craftsmanship

Mike Magee is a great neighborhood handyman. He came on time, had all his tools ready and completed the job on time. I am pleased with Red Beacon and will definitely recommend Mike to my other friends that need jobs done around the home.
TESTIMONIALS
Mike has become our trusted handyman for the most important things like installing baby gates on the stairs. Smart, friendly, and timely, we are so lucky to have found him. His educational and work background as well as having his own kid/family just go to show his professionalism, intelligence, and reliability.
Another quality of his that I strongly value is that he turns down jobs/money for tasks that he doesn't know how to do. Others might decide to wing it for the cash and do a crappy job, but Mike will provide you a ton of useful information and be as helpful as possible in choosing the right person for the job. Bottom line is if he has bid on your job, he knows how to do it well and you are lucky that he's available.
