Maids On Demand, House Cleaner in HOUSTON, TX

Services went well. Took much longer than expected and the price was much higher than originally quoted. The maids did a great job cleaning my home.

Our two housekeepers were Fantastic! They arrived early & stayed late in order to finish the job Perfectly! We are Extremely Pleased with this company, their personnel, & especially the two ladies who were sent to us! We would definitely use this service again, on an as needed basis!

Professional, excellent service

I was very pleased with the service overall. The ladies were just about 10-15 minutes late arriving from another job, but Joseph called to let me know. They got to work immediately and because of the size of my house and the need for deep cleaning, they actually stayed an additional 2 hours for which I very happily paid them. They worked pretty non-stop and did a good job. I would definitely use them again and am thinking of setting up a regular service.

Price paid is for initial cleaning. The two ladies assigned to my account did a really good job. They were thorough and treated my home with respect. I have signed up for the bi-weekly cleaning and expect our relationship to prosper. Thank you Maids on Demand for a job well done! .........Update: After hiring them for regular cleaning their service level diminished with each cleaning; I had asked Joseph to replace the regular crew which he refused to do. My last cleaning service from Maids on Demand was in December after discovering an heirloom piece of jewelry missing after the cleaning crew left for the day. Maids on Demand assumes ZERO liability and refuses to provide any form of restitution, even though they claim to be bonded and insured. Four months into the "on-going" investigation, the investigators are still unable to connect with Joseph to get the necessary information on the ladies assigned to clean my home. Bottom line - buyer beware of this company.

The ladies did a terrific job. They were professional too. I would definitely recommend them.

The 2 immediatly went to work on arrival. They did a very good job of cleaning everything. They even did things that I did not expect, such as, cleaning out the inside of my refigerator. They were scheduled to work for up to 3 hours, but they actually worked for 3 1/2 hours. They cleaned my window blinds, polished furniture, and dusted every where they could. I am extremley pleased with the service that I received.

Maids came promptly at the set appointment time. They did an amazing job!

It was ok except for not cleaning behind and up under the stove and fridge and some areas not dusted. What had been cleaned was a very good job.

The maids did a good job of general cleaning, but missed the baseboards, wall plates, and bannisters. They also didn't clean the patio. HOWEVER...Joseph did a fabulous job cleaning the carpet and willingly cleaned what the maids missed. He did a thorough job of cleaning the patio, including inside the closets and the outside of the windows and patio doors. He's a very hard worker and determined to leave a customer satisfied.

Joseph and Maria and Sadi were excellent, and I mean excellent. Most cleaning services avoid the really hard work, but not Maids on Demand. They washed (not feathered) my blinds; washed, yes washed, my windows inside and out, washed my ceiling fan of all the goop, MOVED furniture instead of tiptoeing around it, washed the outside of my apartment door; leaned my mattress against the wall and beat dust out of the box springs. My request had included special attention to the carpet as it was very dusty, so Joseph steam cleaned, taking a lot of time and going over it very carefully. I can honestly say I have never had a cleaning service this thorough -- and the people were sweet and friendly. Joseph kept saying, "We'll take care of you." I am 68 -- and I needed it. Thank you to all.

My cleaners were unbelievable!! I am so glad, after reviewing others, I chose Maids on Demand. They were very polite, professional and thorough. There job was done the way I wanted it to look. I would choose this company again and again, and I will tell all I know, when you need a cleaning done, call this company and speak with Joseph.

2 ladies to clean my 2 bdrm 1 bath apt. did FABULOUS job. got items cleaned that i, with severe arthritis in hands & knees, could not. apt looks clean & new as if i just moved-in yesterday have booked my next appointment....

After my downstairs remodel I had dust everywhere. These great ladies help me with the brunt of the mess, IE wood blinds and window sils. I was very pleased!

Went well. Could be better with English speakers. You need to get powerful vacuum. They used mine. Will contact you for personal assistance for disabled spouse's clothes, laundry, etc.

They worked miracles on my overhaul home. they relieved stress i have felt for many months after my sister's death. instead of running away after hours of hard labor, they asked, " see you next time?" i am so pleased and have no desire to use any other team. highly recommend this provider. 2 maids came (they were 2 hours late). There was a communication barrier; however, they did a fantastic job cleaning my home. I live in a 3 story townhome and I've tried other maid services but was never impressed enough to have anyone come back regularly. I can say that I will be a repeat customer and who wouldn't at that price? It was $99 for the first "deep clean" and recurring cost will be $79 for a cleaning every month. The only issues I had was that they were very late and I couldn't communicate with them.

The maids showed up on time and did an excellent job. We are very happy with the service they provided. We will use Joseph Maids of Houston again when we need maid service!

The two ladies were on time, courteous, and thorough. They went above and beyond our expectations and we look forward to having them in our home on a regular basis. I plan to refer them to everyone that I know. Joseph is great. He will answer all of your questions and communicate with the ladies on your behalf because English isn't their first language.

Fantastic service, from start to finish. Joseph was in contact with me as soon as I accepted Maids on Demand on Red Beacon and communicated with me via email and telephone very professionally. 2 maids arrived on time and were very nice, did everything I asked them to and left my apartment spotless. They also locked up and placed my key exactly where I asked them to so that I didn't have to leave work. Very pleased with the work, thanks!

The maids just did an ok job with cleaning. They would merely wipe a surface, not completely cleaning the entire area. They would clean a window up to the shade, but not beyond the shade until I told them I want the entire window cleaned. One woman talked on her phone and laughed while she was cleaning. Then at one point she was watching my television! This was my second time using Maids on Demand and I have not been pleased wither time.

The team of 2 ladies spend 4 hours at my place and have done a great job. There are professional, committed and know their job well. I am very impressed. Thanks for suggesting Maids on demand.

I am torn about Maids on Demand. They did a spectacular job cleaning the apartment. It was left cleaner than it was when I moved in. However, the maids also didn't take the garbage to the dumpsters. They also took all remaining items in the apartment and put them in one location. In doing that, they broke a working fax machine and also dumped things like used toilet brushes next to dishes we'd forgotten in the cabinets. We ended up throwing away things we'd intended to keep. I would probably only hire them again if I was able to be completely sure that all of my belongings were out of the apartment.

The crew was 2 hours late, but they at least called in advance. The crew forgot to clean my stove and fridge so that was not good so overall this companies service was okay since they did do a good job cleaning what they did clean.

Awesome job! They showed up 15 minutes early, and a team of 3 cleaned my entire house. They even cleaned behind the refrigerator!

The were a couple of hours past our appointment, but Joseph called and offered me $25.00 off. They went to work right away and worked very hard. They did everything I ask of them. They straighted up the clutter in all the rooms, sweept mopped and dusted everything. I have asked Joseph for another appointment in two week.

I was overall quite satisfied with the cleaning service I received. It was a big job, so I was extremely happy with what I paid. The two ladies surprised me by cleaning out three closets. I didn't expect that at all, and I was elated to be able to actually walk into my two sons' closet again! I was also pleased at how clean my kitchen mini blinds were. Since this was a first cleaning, I take into consideration that the ladies were probably not expecting such a large house that hadn't been deeply cleaned in a while. I think they got bogged down with the closets and bedroom, and later realized they were running out of time. Therefore, I'm not terribly upset that the dusting could have been more thorough. Customer service was excellent: Joseph (the owner, I believe) sent the ladies out exactly when I needed them, and called to check on how things were going. He also responds prompty to e-mails, and genuinely seems interested in making his customers happy. Again, I'm satisfied with the service, and plan to have them come biweekly to maintain the good job they did.

The cleaning itself was immaculate. There were two women who came and they cleaned and dusted every inch of the apartment, including pulling out pillows and cushions on the couch. They were accommodating when I needed to change the cleaning date from the 23rd to the 26th. On the day of the cleaning though, they were set to arrive at noon and I got a phone call from the manager saying the women were running behind and would be there in an hour, hour and a half. At 3:30pm I had to call and inquire about the women. He called the women and called me back to say they were on their way. At 4pm they arrived--4 hours after the designated time and then an two hours past the new time given after the phone call. I am thankful I was around all day today but had that not been the case, I would have had to reschedule. Overall, the cleaning provided was fantastic but I am not 100% I will take them on to clean our place bi-weekly for the scheduling issue today.

Very Good! They sent two ladies and they were very good I would recommend this service very highly.
