Ken Smith of Lanier Air, Inc. arrived on time (10:00 a.m.) after my call to his business at 8:00 a.m. My 10-year-old air conditioner was broken and temperatures were expected to be in the mid-90's later today. Ken fixed the air conditioner replacing a capacitor and adding 2 pounds of freon to the unit. It started cooling immediately. All of this took less than 40 minutes. After years of getting bad service from some in the HVAC industry, I am so happy to have found someone who knows what they are doing, works quickly and efficiently and is on time! Thanks, Jan V.
