Move-out Cleaning Service: After the removal of all furniture and belongings, I will prepare your apartment for inspection. I provide two levels of cleaning for your needs: Basic cleaning service targets apartments that will be renovated in the future and need to be handed to owners / management in a broom-cleaned condition for a sale-closing or inspection. This service includes dusting and washing of all surfaces, wiping the outside of kitchen appliances & cabinets, basic cleaning of the bathrooms, and vacuuming & mopping of all floors. Deep cleaning service targets apartments in which the new residents will move in without replacing the appliances or doing major renovations. This service includes cleaning the inside of kitchen cabinets & appliances, thorough cleaning of the bathrooms, and detailed cleaning of fixtures, windowsills, closets and floors. Move-in Cleaning Services (tailored to customer request): Throughout the apartment: Dust / wipe / vacuum doors, baseboards and moldings, windowsills & window frames. Vacuum & mop floors. Closets: Dust shelves and lay liners, clean the doors and the floors. Detailed closet-organizing services available upon request. Bathroom cleaning: Including tiles, tubs, sinks, toilets, shower areas & doors, as well as inside medicine cabinets, light fixtures, cabinets & floors. Kitchen: Clean & sanitize insides and outsides of all appliances. Scrub and wash cabinets. Put liners on shelves. Wash and polish all surfaces and clean the floors. Carefully clean all stainless steel, marble, tiles, upholstery, wood, and stone surfaces according to specification. General Cleaning Services Kitchen: counter tops, back splash, sink, & faucet, outsides of cabinets, exterior of all appliances, small appliances wiped, windowsills cleaned, wash or dust table & chairs, trash emptied, floor vacuumed and/or mopped Bathroom: countertops, sink, & faucet, tub shower area, & toilets, chrome fixtures cleaned & shined, mirrors, windowsills, trash emptied, vacuum and/or wash floor Bedrooms & Living Areas: dusting/polishing of furniture, cushions & pillows straightened, windowsills wiped down, mirrors, glass tables, lampshades, general straightening, beds made, all carpets vacuumed, hardwood/marble floors mopped, stairs & railings Deep/Specific Cleaning Services (Please remember, these types of cleanings require extra time) Kitchen: baseboards dusted, wiped/washed, cleaning the interior of kitchen appliances, inside of refrigerator and/or freezer, oven & broiler (you must notify me of this in advance as this requires an average of an extra 1 to 3 hours) Bathroom: interior of medicine cabinet, baseboards dusted & wiped/washed, fingerprints removed from switch plates, walls, doors, & door frames, light fixtures, interior of cabinet under sink, heavy duty scrubbing of neglected tiled areas, detailed cleaning of shelving systems, wall & ceiling washing Bedrooms & Living Areas: through dusting & washing of woodwork, molding, & baseboards, linens changed (specify & leave clean set on bed) upholstered furniture vacuumed, bookshelves dusting and organizing, closet organizing, baseboards dusted & wiped/washed, blinds dusting Other: If there is any other cleaning duties you would like done that are not listed please specify and I will do my best to meet your needs.

Khrystal worked for us Nov 2011-Feb 2012. She was very personable and responded when given feedback on areas to improve on in our home. She became unavailable in Dec due to a sick child, but came back to work in late Jan. She then quit communication in mid-Feb. Since she lives in Crestline, she called and said she couldn't come down due to snow one day. She then did not show up for her scheduled appointment and never returned our calls. We dont know what happened.
