Ken did a solid job installing an American standard cadet 3 toilet for me. I am very happy with the result.

Ken was punctual for the appointment. He was very helpful in assisting me in buying the toilets @ home depot and carrying them to our house. He also helped get a discount during the purchase by using his rewards card. He was very clean with his work and left the place in a good condition. He also offered to haul away the old toilets for free. Will definitely use his services again. Have already made an appointment for to fix a bathroom leak (which he inspected for free during his first visit)

Ken did a reasonably good job installing two toilets. He met us at the agreed upon time at Home Depot and transported the toilets to our house. It was a bit difficult communicating with Ken as he was so eager to do the work that he didn't take enough time (IMHO) to listen carefully. If this happens to you don't get frustrated, just take your time. In the end it was worth it.

Ken was hired to replace water damaged sheetrock of an external closet which housed my leaking water heater. He was to replace the water heater also. Ken is a decent plumber and at $200 to replace water heater, a very good value. But he was terrible at estimating sheetrock work. It took him much longer than expected and he constantly tried to convince me that "this is not needed" etc. A better handyman would have completed the work in much less time and done a much better job. I did pay him what he asked for because I felt pity for him but overall I would have gotten better quality of work. Overall I suggest that you hire him only for plumbing work.

Ken arrived on time and went straight to work. He was friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. We ended up having to go to Home Depot to get a different faucet and I am glad we both went. I would not have thought to look in the box to make sure everything was there. He did and it was not. We tried to get help and I hate to say it, but Home Depot was of no help what so ever. I bought a new faucet for almost $300 and I wanted Ken to get his points. The cashier forgot to do whatever he was suppose to do and said he could not give him the points. I wanted to return the faucet, but Ken said it would be time consuming to return the faucet and then have to buy it again. Although I am not pleased with home depot, I am very pleased with Ken's work. I would request him again.

Ken was excellent, courteous, and thorough! The job was a challenge for him in that the equipment was so old and welded together improperly. Ken didn't give up, but found away to resolve the problem and complete the job accurately with a permanent fix. He knows his "stuff" and I highly recommend him. He did a really great job. Ken was very thorough and took a lot of pride in his work. Despite having to spend some extra time cutting out the faucet with an angel grinder, he had a good attitude and stuck to our agreed price. He even helped me look for the water shut-off for the house.

Overall he did a good job. I had to change the time and he was agreeable.

Did not go through due to the fact that he tried the same age old trick of coming home and looking and demanding more for the same job he had quoted without anything extra. One way to harrass customers giving low quote and demanding more on site. Don't get such people on your pool of plumbers

He installed the delta faucet and the garbage disposal. He was honest enough to tell me that there was a possibility that replacing the sink could damage my countertop. He could have made extra money by doing the sink install. but wanted to make sure I was happy

Ken did a great job for me. He fixed the leaking by removing fiberglass patch and soldering the copper joint. This did fix leaking for my pipe. It also saved me some money because I don't need to replace new pipe.

Ken Ramshaw was very good. He was very very meticulous and cautious in digging the hole around the leak. He thought about the potential problems that could happen with others. He replaced with copper pipe. I was very pleased with his overall approach and job.

He came over sooner than expected (after giving me a call to see if it was fine with me), then got the job done quickly with no fuss or muss. He did the job late at night, by flashlight and did a late night parts run to the hardware store just before it closed. Everything got done perfectly!

My kitche sink was clogged and I tried eveything, but nothing worked so I decioded to get a plumber. Ken arrived on time and did a good job, fast and reliable. I plan on using Ken for my other plumbing needs and would recommend him to other friends

I had Ken replace two shut off valves and install a modern kitchen faucet with touch technology. He's a very nice man that had everything done by the time he verbally quoted me. I was happy to tip him a little extra for being on time and efficient. He was very good.

Used Ken for a clogged drain. Showed up on time and worked hard to clear the clog. However, although his bid was lower, but we had to pay more than the bid since he had to remove the drains.

Done a great job and I highly recommend him for any future job I might need in the future.
