I was really impressed by not only by the job that Jason did, but also his professionalism. You could tell he that he takes pride in his work and has a great work ethic. He arrived on time for both appointments- the first to assess the situation and the second to do the job; he was always prompt with phone calls and emails. He explained why my toilet was leaking and gave me options on how to address the situation. I didn't feel pressured in any way to go in any particular direction. I opted to get a new toilet installed, as my toilet was quite old it was something I thought about doing anyway, and I was thrilled that he picked out a quality toilet for us. He hauled away the old one and installed the new one, like the pro that he is, and even cleaned the bathroom floor when he was done. In addition to doing a great job, I also have to mention that I really feel that I got a bargain; his prices are extremely competitve. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends!
