I just wanted to express my gratitude for J and E Home Services honesty, punctuality and quality! When they emailed me a estimate with pictures of my poor chimney I forwarded it to several other companies (5 actually) and J and E were almost $200 less than the lowest one! After showing me the "after" pictures I was thrilled that I chose J and E Home Services!
I am a 63 year young retired school teacher and I would like to let you know that the young men that came out to my house were very polite, it's been a long time since I have heard "Yes Ma'am". I called for a free inspection and they took pictures of my chimney for me and explained to me that everything was in great condition and that I did not need to have anything done (I only use my fire place for special occasions).
And even though I was not paying them for any work because everything checked out, they still took the time to tell me how to build a proper fire and how to prevent smoke from getting in my house. Its very nice to see a company still has values, I recommend them to everyone I know!"
