Although she has only done work for my company for a year, she is one of the best employees I have come across in a while. She is one, once you see her completed job, you know, not matter what she is expected to do, it will be completed correctly and efficiently, with out having to go back and do commom sence things that most people miss, overlook, or just do not complete. If I have a job that needs to be done for a company that is very picky about what they expect, I can assign it to her, and no without a doubt, it will completed the proper way, no questions asked. I put her with a crew at my company, but for personal things such as office cleaning or my home, she works by herself. But, the ending result of her work, is as if there are more than one person. She always double checks to make sure everything is completed and completed properly. She provides photos, of before and after if the job requires. As many companies I have dealt with over the years, when I send her out on my crew, I know things are going to be done to her satisfaction, and she expects nothing less from anyone she works with.
