The gentlemen was gracious and reassuring. The had over scheduled and could only do two or three rooms. They would come back Tuesday to finish the job and "make the apartment shine." That seemed OK but then he said it would cost c.150 more. After they left, I examined the rooms and was disappointed. It was nothing I (recovering from back surgery) could not have done. As I saw the boss was a gentleman and realized my dilemma. But when I realized the mediocrity of their work, There were three, the gentleman I dealt with and two women who did not speak English and did not seem energetic. I've had my place cleaned by a service before and this wasn't up to par. Now we all have bad days but the offensive expectation that I should be charged 1`50 dollars more for what I had already paid for angered me the mor e I thought of it. At first I had agreed but have now decided that I shall cancel Tuesday and look elsewhere. Maybe they had a bad day and deserve to be in Red Beacon but the experience did not reassure me about RedBeacon. Robert Dawidoff

I was not satisfied with work of this vendor. One incident was that the wood floors were not cleaned properly. I showed Shiraz - took a damp cloth and rubbed and it was black. Shiraz said that they do not do that- another company does that - wood expert cleaning. I believe he should have said this during the estimate visit as I emphasized the importance of the floors. The other work that was done was good. The problem was there were many areas missed. I did a brief inspection and showd Shiraz some of them and they huuriedly cleaned them. I believe Shiraz at that point should have done his own inspection to make sure that there were not other places. After they left I completed my inspection and found many areas not done. I spend an hour finishing what should have been done by this company.

The two women who did the cleaning of some of our very dirty venetian blinds were very pleasant and were good about taking some direction when I had some suggestions about attending to some problematic areas that need more cleaning. It took a lot of work to get some of the blinds clean, but they were willing to go the extra mile to do so.

Very professional to deal with, extremely thorough job using the right products for wood floors, showed up on time and worked all day to clean entire house after termite tenting, inside and out of every drawer and cabinet! Recommended by several realtors. Highest recommendation.
