Heartwood Residential has done a series of projects at my house over the last few months. They have installed recessed lighting in my living room, painted both sides of the entry door, installed three ceiling fans, put in two double paned windows, installed a bathroom fan, and laid a small pergo floor. Nick was extremely professional, an excellent communicator, and always on time. He listened to what I wanted and completed the jobs in a timely manner. I will continue to use Nick and Heartwood Residential as future projects come up. I felt comfortable with them in my home and was impressed with the care they took in protecting my furniture etc. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking high quality work.
I hired Nick to put up crown molding in my bathroom. There were some kinks to work out and he took his time and did a wonderful job. He was timely, neat, polite and charged a fair price. I am very happy with the work he did. He's a good guy and I would hire him again. I highly recommend him.
Nick responded early to my offer to construct 2 waist-high garden boxes, adjusted his quote downward after I gave him more project info, provided several referrals, helped me secure materials, & did a great job in the time alloted at a very fair price. He made improvements in the original garden box design, resulting in a sturdier product, so he is concerned about quality & takes pride in his work. His contracts & demeanor are far more professional than many contractors far beyond his years. If you want a smart, honest, competent pro, give Nick a call. Heartwood Residential did an awesome job remodeling our new/old home. He and his team took down walls, removed unsightly closets and created a beautiful entry way from our dining room to our living room. We now have as close to an open floor plan as you can get in a house built in the 80's without compromising the structure. They installed hard wood floors throughout our home and did all of our trim. The job was meticulous and our house looks beautiful! They were on time and super clean. They even were considerate with noise and dust when we unexpectedly had to move into the home during the remodel. We will definitely call them next time we have a project. Thanks Nick!
