Rescheduled once. On the next scheduled appointment they were over 2 1/2 hours late. I explained I wanted to remove my tank water heater and replace with a tankless.
They told me once here they would have to redue all piping and install new vents (tankless was a dead give away).
The service man (plumber) was a nice guy but not prepared for task. I had to go and rent a drill and go buy supplies to perform job.
Price was quoted at $424 paid $800 NOT HAPPY SHOULD HONOR PRICE and refund balance.
Overall experience was poor.
