He responded right away to all communications and did a terrific job: fast, competent & professional. Only issue is that the actual job cost three times the quoted price. This was due to travel time (a good half hour each way) plus tolls, so I think the actual price was not unfair. I just would have preferred to know in advance what elements would figure into the actual price. All in all—a good experience.

Called multiple times, and was asked to purchase equipment, but never came to do the job.

Johnny came the same day that we made contact. Appeared very polite and competent. Worked an hour and a half replacing the bathroom faucet. Cleaned up after himself. Upon leaving he said if there were a problem he would come back.

The repairman did a very good job. Charged reasonable prices, was upfront about the extent of the repairs and was very efficient and neat. We definitely recommend him

Fitness Engineering removed old attic ladder and installed new attic pulldown-ladder. John was very professional. He put in the extra time and effort to make sure the ladder stairs were installed correctly. I would definitely recommend his services.

John was very professional and knows his business. He arrived on time, was very polite and repaired the insulation of my Anderson sliding door perfectly (the glue and staples previously done by someone else - not John's companty - came undone in between the two doors, John had to take the one door off, reglued the insulation and additionally used screws to hold it in place) knew exactly what to do and cleaned up nicely. So far it looks like this glue is holding up good. I was very pleased with his job, recommended him to several neighbors and would definitely use him again.

It was a very professional and efficient experience only I couldn't afford it. Hopefully next time I can. Thank you.

We had the pleasure of having Johnny work for us today. We have just moved into our new apartment in Riverdale and Johnny was a big help to me with all the things that needed taking care of. He is extremely polite and his work ethic is excellent. He is very meticulous and does a fine job! We would highly recommend him.

He arrived on a timely fashion, and went tyo work right away. He explained what he was doing and what caused the problem in the first place. We were very satisfied with his work and will use him again for other jobs.

BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!! First of all he is very nice! Right on time and very helpful. We had some problems with the actual work, but he offer me a couple of options and explain me everything in details. Executed better then I expected and even clean after. I recommend him to everybody I know!!!
