President and CEO Kyle Hardtke started his work in Landscaping around Sumner, WA at the age of 13 pushing his father’s lawn mower to neighbor’s houses. His territory quickly expanded to the Puyallup and Bonney Lake areas. Developing a passion for Positive Customer Service at young age Kyle started Evergreen Ground Works in 2005. Kyle‘s experience at a young age helped him develop Evergreen Ground Work’s mission statement which reads “Create personalized and positive experiences for every customer, every time.”
