European Craftsman, Plumber in Concord, CA

Pro came on time. Everything was completed as requested.

European Craftsman arrived and did a wonderful timely job. Was very careful about how he approached the job. Installed line in one day though there were problems with the under house part since there were many other utility lines in the same place. Certainly a person to rely on and select. Hope you give him a chance to do the job. Even though he has a European accent that doesnt hurt since he does an excellent job.

Den did an excellent job replacing leaking water heater (including purchasing a new one in Home Depot) and fixing wooden base in the garage. He is willing to accommodate your schedule and seems reasonable in pricing. I would recommend him to anybody who needs similar work.

It took a little longer but he did a very good job. Would use them again.

Mr. Sevcik was on time; professional; and went above and beyond expectations. Project took more time then anticipated but was finished at price quote and Mr. Sevcik made sure it was done correctly and did not hurry it up to finish. We were very impressed with both the job done (which was quite difficult) and the willingness of Mr. Sevcik to answer questions and his letting us know what was happening/needing to be done to finish the work. He is quite pleasant and easy to talk with all of which made for a five star rating! If you are on the fence between plumbers I would highly recommend European Craftsman and Mr. Sevcik personally! We will us them again when needed and will recommend to friends and family.

Other than arriving later then scheduled (he did call to say he'd been held up), it all went well. There was more to the job then initially anticipated, but he was able to complete the job in a timely fashion. I would use him again.

Replaced water heater. Home depot delayed us quie a bit because they didn't know how to make a return on warranty; the job wasn't completed untl the next day.
