I was very pleased with with Eco Irrigation. They came on a day,(Saturday) , they normally do not work because it was an emergency. It took them 4 days to get permit and my irrigation system put in. I would definitely recommend using them. Dennis was the man who gave me the quote and sales pitch. Everything he said to expect has happened up until now. Very pleased.

Eco did a great job with our sprinkler system. Only ding was the clean up afterwards. Lots of mud along with mud all over hose and it wasn't put away. Would recommend them to anyone looking for Irrigation service!

The only reason I am giving one star is because you have to. This guy is a lying, scum bag. The only reason I bought the water system is because my father told me that it was a good system. Dennis was a nice enough guy when he was in my home but I was put off by his "jack of all trades" attitude. He told us he has been a plumber for 10 years, been in the home building business for 15 years, was the president at DR Horton for some time, owned his on irrigation company..you name it...he thinks he did it. Dennis agreed to install the reverse osmosis under sink water filtration system and as well, connect one to our refrigerator. The pictures uploaded are pictures of the type of tubing that Mr. Benefield used in my home. These are not the right size nor the right type of tubing. This created a huge problem in my BRAND NEW home. The tub burst and created about $500 worth of damage in my home. I called Dennis to come out to my home and his response to me was "what do you want me to do?". I proceeded to tell him that I wanted him to take care of the damages, financially. Dennis instantly started raising his voice to me, in my home, in front of my 2 very young children (4,1). This man said to me, and I quote "Don't ever question a man's work." If you are looking for an Eco-water System my advise would be to call another Eco-Water distributor. I know there is one in San Antonio. In fact, you could probably order the system directly from the company and have someone install it. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY from DENNIS BENEFIELD. This man is completely inappropriate and unprofessional.
