Job to repair an oven. Paid $30 for a coupon worth 100 dollars. repairman showed up and told me that he would need another 35 dollars just for coming out to look at the oven. he looked at the oven open the door take a picture with his cellphone of the serial number of the oven and immediately told me that it was going to be over 900 dollars to fix the oven he performed no diagnostic tests did not remove the oven in fact did nothing but look at the serial number with the flashlight on his cell phone. even left Ulta collecting a check for 35 dollars off to having done absolutely nothing except offend my olfactory senses with his bad body odor.
I then called a factory technician who charged me 75 dollars to come out to my home. He remove the oven, ran Diagnostics and opened the back and told me that an element had burnt out and it would cost me 220 dollars to replace it. A professional job.
DNE is a complete scam. I will never us either them or red beacon again. I basically paid $65 for nothing. RIP OFF

Very well.
The repairman was an hour and 20 minutes late but I received two calls saying that he was on his way. At least they called. Repairman was very friendly and did not push me to replace a sensor in the oven which would cost $170 minus the $35 service call for a total of $135, very reasonable. He said it was up to me so I didn't replace it and will see how it goes the next time I use the oven. The oven temperature was not what the dial indicated so I just have to adjust it 10-15 degrees. I deifinitely will call this company back the next time. Very pleased with their service.

My LG refrigerator was not working. I called DNE and got same day appointment after my work - it was late in the evening. Technician came on time, provided estimate which was reasonable. He got parts and install it on the next day because part store was closed already. Tech was knowlagble and polite. Refrigerator was fixed and working since then.
