Scott and Ray were GREAT! They were quick to respond and travelled all the way from New Jersey to complete my gas stove installation in Brooklyn on a same day request. Not only did they do a great job but they were respectful of my home environment and my young children who were present. Personable, professional and courteous. They did their work efficiently and effectively. I will definitely call them again if I had another installation to be done.

It took a little longer for the pro to arrive than stated but the services was quick and they did a great job! I didn't have to worry about anything - they went to get the parts and it didn't take long for them to install. A great job. Thanks!

Price estimated was the price I paid- so no surprises. Very friendly and flexible with schedule. Got the job done right- good professional work. Would recommend Direct Assembly to a friend. Great for Ikea furniture, but he said he does other stuff, such as TV mounting.

they called to get as much info as possible so that when they arrived at my home they were prepared. When Scott did arrive he inspected the grill. We determined that the hole front assembly should be replaced. So he took it with him to his shop. and started calling to get replacement parts. We found that the parts were not readally available and were expensive. So I decided not to pursue fixing it. Scott was very helpful and did all he could. He kept me informed and was very proffesional.

Direct Assembly were friendly, professional and ex-tremely dedicated to the task at hand. Through no fault of theres, the equipment I provided was not compatable to the televisions I wanted connected. Scott and his partner made several attempts and numerous attempts to get reception but could not. He then offered to do some research and get back to me with a satisfactory solution but I have since made the decision to go in another direction. I would have no problem with contacting him in the future for perhaps a similiar problem or to recommend him to a friend for service.
