The service was unable to do the job on the particular day I wanted it done. The gentleman came out the next morning and did the work very diligently. He was on time, pleasant, and courteous. I did not have much time to review his work prior to him leaving but then saw that he cut down our rose bush along with many other plants that should not have been. I was very upset. Fortunately my husband, the semi-gardener was not, He was just happy that all the leaves were removed. If you use his service be as specific as possible.
