Excellent job. He arrived on time and, when the job became a little more complicated than anticipated, he didn't make an issue of it. I'd definitely use him again.

The Hot Tub was hauled away and disposed of as prescribed, however for a higher price than agreed upon. He also offered to power wash the back of the house for $180 to include the deck and walk down basement well. I accepted his offer, which was a bad idea in hind site. He did a half ^$$ job. It was obvious that he just wanted to get his money and get out of there. He didn't clean the basement well because he said the drain wasn't draining. That was because he didn't clear the leaves out of the well before he started cleaning. He did a terrible job on the deck that I have to re-do. I told him it was a half job and instead of trying to make it right he accepted half the money. A true business man would have offered to make it right. If he had, I would have given him the entire agreed up on rate, but he was just wanted to get out of there. He argued about it being clean, even when I wiped my finger on the glass and showed him that it wasn't clean. Buyer beware. If you want a half job done, Celso is your man. If you want the whole job done, go somewhere else.
