He was prompt, fully equipped (though I had a ladder of my own and told him to leave his), courteous and efficient.

Very satisfied with the work done.

Removed old carpet, padding, tack boards, from living room, dining room, and 2 hallways. It was all driven away to the dump and it only took a couple of hours. Bill also knows a lot about contractor type work. Just ask him if he can do the job and he'll be straight with you. He's coming back to refinish our original 1950's hardwood floors. It's hard to find good people, check him out!

Bill arrived on time and gave us a full explanation of what needed to be done to repair our closet door. He was able to repair it quickly and did a great job. Will be requesting him again in the near future for any handyman jobs we need.

Bill found a bigger problem with the electr5ical set up in the house Im renting, I was very please that he pointed out some of the serious issues with the electrical, and we are just waiting for a quote from him to do a bigger job on this house/ with the landlord;s approval

First, he called the night before to change the appointment time, so I rearrange my schedule just to accommodate him. The next day he doesn't even show up, and does not call me either! To say I am dissatisfied is an under statement! So much for your guarantee!

The job is put on hold. We need to decide on the best approach for the job.

I met with Bill and John this morning and I now know what 50+ collective experience is all about. These two professionals shared more in an hour than most people will be exposed to in a lifetime. The work has commenced and will be completed within a couple of days, but if they finish as strong as they start, I'll be looking for a way to increase the rating from 5 stars to 6 or 7 stars. Bill Kenton made an appointment with me to come out for an inspection on Monday, June 25th between 8 am and 10 am - he called at 8:15 am to tell me he couldn't make it due to an abscess tooth - he would call that evening to re-schedule. This is Wednesday, June 27th and I have yet to hear from him. Needless to say, my experience with Redbeacon and Bill's Handyman has been lees than the quality you espouse.

EVERYTHING WENT FINE

Bill was very good. He arrived at the agreed upon time to look over the job. It required ordering some special material which he did. He and his helper, Doug, arrived at the agreed upon day/time to perform the work which was done very well in the estimated time. I would definitely use Bill again and recommend him to friends that need a handyman.

Cost ended up being more than the original quote, but we ended up with more work done, so all was good. Everything was done efficiently, quickly and cleanly. Bill is very personable and did a fine job. I'll definitely call him the next time we need work done.

Job went fantastic from start to finish. Bill showed up to give us an estimate, suggested we do more work that we thought, and he was right. Gave us a mew quote, then sent two men to do the job, the same week we requested. Job was done quickly, efficiently, and the mess was cleaned up. When men were running late due to traffic, Bill called to inform us of the problem, so we were not wondering what had happend. Would recommend Bill's Handyman Services to anyone. Bill came to the house and worked around my schedule. They repaired the stucco in several areas, including one spot that I had not noticed without any additional charges.

Wall mounted a 48" flat screen TV in bedroom; relocated/pulled cable and power connections to the TV location. Very professional. Great Work. Will use him again.

I now have a great basketball hoop installed on my roof. Bill has great communication skills and updated me all along as the scope of the job changed a bit. He did not charge extra when the job wasn't as easy as I had originally thought, as he had to make a run to Home Depot for extra materials. I would definitely use him again!

He put up with my boyfriend wandering out and talking to him with patience, and gave me a very thorough explanation of the work guarantee and how to care for the fence afterward. Bill and his helper were very courteous and kept in touch regarding their arrival time. They were able ton come do our job in 2 days, which was great! We had them fill a hole in a wall in our baby's room where we'd removed a heating vent. While the job was done well, they didn't cover surfaces and got wall material on the furniture and switch plate. It could have been tidier. We asked to have the caulk removed and re-done around the tub. When they were done, it didn't look like they removed the old caulk, just went over it. I ended up making the job cleaner after they left with a razor blade and towel. The caulk was sloppy. Maybe I'm a perfectionist, but I feel like handymen and contractors in general could stand to keep their work tidier and more detailed.

They did a great job fixing the window, installing the screen door and tub spout. I needed to order a part for the blind so they will install that later. They showed up on time and did the work for the quoted price. I highly recommend this service.

Bill came in time. He did replace old and install new faucet during short time with excellent quality.

Bill and his assistant John arrived on time (actually a bit early) and did very nice work. They hung the christmas lights as agreed but also did some general handyman work. Bill was pleasant and professional and the quality of his work was good. His prices also seemed quite reasonable. I'd recommend him ot others.
