The sides are enclosed w/ sheets of 4 x 8 plexiglass, seams sealed w/ silicone around the entire perimeter, much like a green house. I'd like to remove the plexiglass and replace it with legit sheetrock walls, with windows in them, to make the space more livable. The front will keep a 5 x 14 open air deck, backed by two 8 ft. sliding glass doors. The ceiling needs to be insulated, and sheetrocked, fitted with light pots and switches. The walls will be fitted for electrical outlets also.

Job Description: I have a concrete retaining wall which has a few bars (10 pc of .5 inch bars exposed by about 4 inches each) of "rebar" exposed. I'd like to remove the exposed rebar, and seal it to prevent rust damage to the concrete.

Job Description: I need a general contractor for a stucco repair. I need stucco repair at my home. The issue with my stucco is chipped. I have traditional stucco. I have a retaining wall, finished w/ Stucco. An area 1 foot by 5 foot has chipped away, and I see cracks perpetuating from it which will continue to chip over time if left unchecked. I need this repaired/sealed.
