Job Description: We are having a new laminate countertop installed in the kitchen. We need the old laminate countertop removed and hauled away. The cast iron sink (drop-in) needs to be taken out and reinstalled after the new countertop is in. There is also a garbage disposal that needs to be disconnected and reconnected.

Job Description: I need a contractor for a bathroom remodel. The home was buit in 1898, it is a historic home. The plumbing is already there. The dimensions are approximately 68'dp / 15ft in length. The existing bathroom is located on the 1st floor next to the Kitchen area, the remodel will include knocking down an existing pantry to extend the space. The bathroom remodel will include replacements of the toilet/shower/sink/flooring etc...I will provide the materials. Thank you
