Job Description: I need a carpenter for a deck or porch build. I would like a deck/porch built of I don't know. I would like my deck/porch to be approximately 100-200 sq. ft. I would like a waterproofing finish on my new deck/porch. Materials should be included in price. Here are the specs we are working with on the build. Unsure if this will be Trex or Redwood. There are pros & cons to both. Currently have a redwood retaining wall that we would like to match. Construct 10' deep x 16' wide deck at rear yard. Deck to be "ground level" with no guard rails. Posts to be 4x4 PT. Joists to be 2x8 PT. Perimeter skirt (2 sides and front) to be 2x12 Redwood. Perimeter skirt to be bolted with lags and malable washers to match retaining wall. Deck boards to be Trex Transcend, or Redwoood (TBD), with hidden fasteners. Construct 4' wide steps up to deck - designed similar to deck with Trex treads, Redwood risers, and PT stringers

The ceiling is 10' tall. Fairhaven 52" remote control dim able fan to be installed, older comparable hunter fan to be removed first.
