Job Description: Replace kitchen garbage disposal. It doesn't seem to be working anymore. No motor sounds at all when electrical switch is flipped. Outlet works fine. Under kitchen sink the partical board that constitutes the cupboard bottom is wet and slipping down with huge sag. It needs to be replaced. Check for mold in this area where damaged board and sink is. Treat it as needed. Please, I need this taken care of because it's not healthy for us. I know there is a lot of mold in pipe area under sink because when I attempted to clean under there this weekend I had to use a scraper to remove a lot of the things under there. I need to have a quote that u can submit to bankers so they know who and how much to cut check for.
